Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and showing no signs of being worn, cut, brushed or restyled and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@divodihair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return has been approved, packages must be postmarked within 5 business days.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you get tracking number on your return package. If you are international, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES", or your package will be returned to you. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@divodihair.com.

UNDELIVERABLE / UNCLAIMED ITEMS

We send you a tracking number immediately after items are dispatched. If you track the parcel and see it is delivered but have not received it, please contact the delivery provider directly. We are not responsible for refunding orders where the tracking number shows it has been successfully delivered to the order address. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES                                                                         

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged due to shipping or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All clearance and non-lace wigs are final sale.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We offer a refund excluding original shipping costs. Any ineligible returns will be returned to you at your cost.
